New Britain Police Union Sponsoring “Stuff a Cruiser” Events Dec. 10 &17

New Britain, CT – New Britain Police Union, AFSCME Local 1165, is sponsoring "Stuff a Cruiser" Toy Drives on Saturday Dec. 10 and Saturday, Dec. 17 at Target and Stop & Shop stores

New Britain Police Union members will be on hand to collect new, unwrapped toys for local children in need this season. 

“Many residents are having a tough time making ends meet. We just want to extend a helping hand to people so they can have Christmas presents for their kids,” said New Britain Police Officer and AFSCME Local 1165 President Blain Rogozinski. “We’re here to support the community and bring some holiday cheer.”

Rogozinski also thanked New Britain Police Chief James Wardwell for his support of the events.

The New Britain Police Union Stuff a Cruiser schedule is as follows:
• Saturday, Dec. 10, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Target Store, 475 Hartford Rd.
• Saturday, Dec. 17, 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Target
• Saturday, Dec. 17, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Stop & Shop Market, 1309 Corbin Ave.
