Update on HEP Payments
State employees with one of the five listed chronic conditions** who have complied with requirements under the Health Enhancement Program (HEP) are scheduled to receive their $100 incentive payment on Aug. 8, 2014.
If you do not receive the compliance payment but believe you should have, then please contact Care Management Solutions (CMS) directly at 877-687-1448, M-Th 8-6 and M-F 8-5. (CMS is the HEP program administrator.) CMS will investigate your issue and make a report to both the Comptroller's office and the labor-management Health Care Cost Containment Committee.
Remember that this payment is for 2013 compliance and is being made only where the household was fully compliant with all HEP requirements as of February 28, 2014, and one of the participants had a listed chronic disease.
The Comptroller's office has further advised that they will work with unions where we have identifed that intervention is required by them. Therefore if you contact CMS and still encounter issues, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
