Understand your rights as a steward while representing a member.  Will include an overview of the whole grievance process, including the 5 steps of the process, proper investigations, asking the right questions, meeting timelines, fulfilling the duty of fair representation, and grievant guidance.

Trainings are offered to only dues paying members and hosted on ZOOM unless indicated “IN PERSON."
