Red Cross workers provided a vital service during the pandemic. This month, Red Cross employees are slated to continue negotiations with management. They need a fair contract that addresses understaffing and unsafe working conditions, along with access to affordable health care.

This rally, in support of AFSCME Local 3145, coincides with the Coalition’s National Day of Action, when Red Cross employees across the country ask the entire labor movement to show solidarity with them.

Let's raise our voices and tell the Red Cross that frontline workers deserve respect so they can continue to protect the nation's critical blood supply.
