Special Election (HD 40 & SD 21)

Polling locations in New London, Groton, Monroe, Seymour, Shelton, Stratford.
Special elections will be held Feb. 25 to fill vacancies in HD 40 (New London, Groton) and SD 21 (Monroe, Seymour, Shelton, Stratford).
Council 4's PEOPLE Committee has endorsed Gan Gaiewski for State House District 40 and Anthony Afriyie for State Senate District 21.
