Council 4 is excited to partner with the Hartford Yard Goats in its 6th year for the Yard Goats Halloween Trick or Treat Event. This special event gives our union the opportunity to celebrate Halloween at the ballpark in a fun, exciting and spooky way with the Hartford community.

We are asking that you consider making a candy or monetary donation for this event. The candy can be dropped off at Council 4 with Megan no later than 5pm on Friday, October 25th.
