The Council 4 Conference fee is $125.00 per member, which includes meals and materials. If you plan to attend only the Member Recognition Dinner on April 5, then the cost is $50.00 per member.

• Conference Registration Form. Conference Registration can be filled out online, but must be mailed with your payment by March 22, 2019 to Council 4 AFSCME, 444 East Main St., New Britain, CT 06051, attn: Megan Batchelder.
• Member Recognition Nomination Form. You can email the Member Recognition Nomination form directly to [email protected]; fax it to (860) 224-3041 or mail to the address above. Nominations are due March 1, 2019.
• Women's Committee Charity Auction Flyer. Proceeds from this popular event will benefit Safe Futures of New London, which aids victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and trafficking.  (Deadline for baskets/items is April 6.)
