For years, campus officials and politicians have forced austerity, privatization, divestment and consolidation on Connecticut's public colleges and universities. This effort is part of coordinated efforts to secure the resources needed to assure our students access to the quality and affordable higher education they deserve.

WHAT: Higher Education Unions' "March for the Future"

WHEN: Friday, April 30 from 11:00AM to 12:30PM.

WHERE: Gather outside Capital Community College, located at 950 Main Street in Hartford (parking available in the Morgan Street Garage, located at 155 Morgan Street); march through downtown, Bushnell Park and to the State Capitol for a rally.
