Council 4's January - July 2025 training schedule has arrived! Trainings are FREE to members in good standing and cover the following topics:

Stewards Training: 1/18 or 2/8 (via Zoom) or 6/14 (In Person)
Stewards Review (Must have previously participated in Stewards Training): 3/15
Officers/Ex Boards Roles & Responsibilities: 1/22 or 1/25 or 7/23
New Employee/Member Outreach for Leaders: 1/29
Workers Compensation: 2/5
Duty of Fair Representation, Garrity and Weingarten Rights: 2/22 or 3/5
Chairing An Effective Meeting: 3/19
Financial Standards Code Review: 5/10 (In Person)
Cybersecurity and IT Best Practices: 5/21
FMLA and ADA Review: 6/11
Steps for Officer Nominations and Elections: 7/16

All trainings are hosted on Zoom EXCEPT for 6/14 Stewards Training and Date TBD Financial Standards Code Training and are offered to only members in good standing (defined as dues-paying AND have a signed membership card on file). If you are not a member in good standing or have not completed an updated membership card, please click here to do so.

After you register and your membership status is confirmed, you will receive an email with Zoom links 1-3 days before your training session. In order to confirm your membership status, registration will close 24 hours prior to training session.
