Join AFSCME Council 4 for Halloween Trick or Treat, presented in partnership with the Hartford Yard Goats!

Open to the public, with trick or treating for children 12 and under throughout the open concourse and suite level. Enter through the main gate at the corner of Main St. and Trumbull St.
Council 4 locals have made this event a huge success in years past. Help us keep the tradition going this year by donating candy or making a monetary contribution.
