Regular meeting of delegates to the State Employees Bargaining Agent Coalition (SEBAC), which includes local unions in Council 4 AFSCME representing Connecticut state employees.

Participation in SEBAC meetings is limited to delegates designated by local union leadership -- please confirm with your local union's elected leaders prior to planning to attend.
