Mark Your Calendar: AFSCME Council 4 Civil Rights Committee's Mental Health and Self-Care Workshop

It’s important that we take time to care for ourselves and our mental health—so we can stay healthy at home and on the job. Join us for a restorative afternoon with the AFSCME Council 4 Civil Rights Committee at their Mental Health & Self-Care Workshop on Saturday, Sept. 20, from 1–4 PM. This event will take place at AFSCME Council 4, 444 E. Main St., New Britain.

We’ll be joined by special guests from the mental health and wellness field to help us reset and recharge.
